Skip the store-bought bottle of dressing… this is so much better! My potato salad dressing takes like 3 minutes and honestly once you make it, there’s no going back 🤝 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- White pepper and salt, to taste
- 2 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1-2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust to your liking. The flavour might taste a little strong on its own, but will definitely mellow when mixed with the other ingredients in the salad. #potatosalad #potatosaladrecipe #saladdressing #saladdressings #saladdressingrecipe

POV: you have leftover Easter eggs, free will and one more day off. Obviously you’re making rocky road. - 400g milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 100g Oreo’s, roughly chopped
- 60g malt stick biscuits, roughly chopped
- 120g milk bottle lollies
- 70g marshmallows
- 125g mixed mini Easter eggs, plus extra for decoration Line a loaf tin with non-stick baking paper. In a small bowl, break up the milk chocolate and melt carefully, either using the microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring between each, or over a double boiler. Stir in the vegetable oil. Set aside for now. In a large bowl, place the chopped Oreo and malt biscuits, milk bottle lollies, marshmallows and Easter eggs. Pour the melted chocolate over the top and mix well to ensure everything is completely coated. Spoon mixture into the loaf tin and spread out into an even layer, making sure to get right into the corners. Decorate the top with extra mini Easter eggs. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight, until set. Lift out of the tin and cut into 8 large pieces.
